The mission of Rio Verde Animal Rescue is to inspire people to make a difference in the lives of animals using adoption, education, interaction, donations, and volunteer commitment.
What sets us apart?
We have several wonderful equine rescues in Arizona and yet we still have many horses who are in need of placement. Rio Verde Animal Rescue focuses on animals who are aging or may not be the best candidates for adoption. These beautiful animals for whatever reason are not ride-able but are amazing animals and deserve to live out their lives with lots of love and care. Consider us the assisted living facility for aging horses. 🙂
